Three Pittsburgh football players, including team leaders Ray Graham and Devin Street, were charged with assault Thursday, following an alleged Oct. 21 incident.

According to a statement from Pitt: “All three players will remain active members of our program while we gain more clarity on this situation.”
The charges pertain to an Oct. 21 incident. The three players allegedly surrounded a man and one of them punched him in the head. They are being charged with simple assault and conspiracy.

Graham leads the team in yards from scrimmage (866 yards), Street is its leading receiver (695 yards) and Pitts is second among all Pitt freshmen in tackles (21). The Panthers play at No. 3 Notre Dame on Saturday.
