Penn State wearing new helmet decals in honor of Michael Mauti
Penn State doesn’t change its uniforms very often, but they’ve made another small edit for their season finale against Wisconsin.
Michael Mauti, one of Penn State’s best players and a team leader who emerged as the roster’s voice after the NCAA struck, saw his Nittany Lions career ended by a knee injury last week.
Very neat move by Bill O’Brien. It’s a departure, but his players will play harder because of it, and that’s the entire point.
