Nick Saban, a football coach in Alabama, appeared on The Dan LeBatard Show on Monday, and talked about his time with the Crimson Tide, and whether he’d ever return to coach in the NFL.
Nick Saban on the NFL: ‘I don’t think it’s really fair to leave’
Nick Saban actually took time on Monday to address those pesky rumors of him returning to the NFL.

“I really enjoy what I’m doing here right now. I’m getting old now. I don’t think we’ve got too many moves left in us. You develop a lot of relationships and loyalties to the players you recruit and the players you have on the team and the people you have in the organization. I don’t think it’s really fair to leave. I regretted when I left LSU because I left a lot of relationships there. Hopefully I’ll be able to stay here for a long, long time.”
Doesn’t have “too many moves left”? Sounds to me like he’s saying he’s got room for at least one more move, though. And correct me if I am wrong, but nowhere in there do I read an actual denial that he’d consider going to coach the professionals. He never said “no.” Paul. He never said no ...
