Travis Howard, Nathan Williams to participate in Shrine Game
A couple of defensive Buckeyes were added to the 2013 East-West Shrine Game on Thursday.

Both seniors, Williams and Howard led the undefeated Buckeyes’ defensive unit, which ranked 31st in the nation in points allowed, surrendering 22.8 per contest.
Howard, a playmaking corner for Ohio State, tallied four interceptions in 2012 along with 40 total tackles and six passes defensed. Williams, on the other hand, totaled 40 overall tackles for the season as well, four of which were tackles for losses. He also registered two sacks and a forced fumble.
The Shrine Game takes place next Saturday, Jan. 19.
Also, Emig reports that Williams and Howard join Buckeyes defensive lineman John Simon and offensive lineman Reid Fragel in all-star games that feature players prior to the 2013 NFL Draft. Fragel and Simon will be participating in the Senior Bowl.
