Johnson received a six-month deferred sentence and three months of probation. He was the one driving Saunders’ car when they were stopped and arrested on Dec. 2 of last year. Johnson has yet to play a down for Oklahoma, as he transferred to Norman from Arizona following the 2011 season. In that season with the Wildcats, he appeared in eight games, making two starts, and had 16 tackles.

Saunders was a major part of the Oklahoma offense last season -- he finished the year with 829 yards on 62 receptions. Prior to that, he spent two years with the Fresno State Bulldogs, and he broke the 1,000-yard receiving barrier in 2011. For his collegiate career, he has 18 touchdown receptions, including three with the Sooners.
