Clemson's thin wide receiver corps gets even thinner as it heads into battle against Boston College this week as promising redshirt freshman wideout Germone Hopper and sophomore DB Ronnie Geohagan have been suspended by head coach Dabo Swinney, according to ESPN.com.
Clemson suspends two, including WR Germone Hopper
Dabo Swinney cites “poor behavior” from the redshirt freshman WR.

Hopper had been growing into his wideout role, second to only superstar Sammy Watkins in receptions for the Tigers, though he hasn't developed into the downfield threat that Clemson's top wideouts have been over the last few years. But again, he's a freshman.
Swinney said both players are suspended for a rules violation and “poor behavior,” which seems like it ought to be its own team rule.
