Jalen Reeves-Maybin blocked the punt for Tennessee, while Devaun Swafford recovered for the touchdown. Georgia was able to respond nearly immediately, scoring a touchdown early in the fourth quarter to regain the lead.

Barber is the fourth major Bulldog injury of the game, as wide receiver Justin Scott-Wesley, running back Keith Marshall and wide receiver Michael Bennett were all knocked out of the game earlier.

The sophomore entered the game averaging 48 yards per punt on the season. His backup is junior Adam Erickson, who has just one punt for 26 yards this season. Erickson averaged 37 yards per kick on eight punts last year.
