2013 Apple Cup betting odds, trends, and over/under

The trends favor Washington State covering the spread and the game hitting the over.

Jaime Valdez-USA TODAY Sports

Washington and Washington State square off in the annual Apple Cup this weekend. It's a game that has been tightly contested in recent years despite record disparities between the programs, but this season both schools find themselves in similar positions. You can find all your betting information at OddsShark.

The line started with Washington as 14.5-point favorites, and has moved ever-so-slightly in the Cougars’ favor. It is now at 14 points. The over/under has held steady at 65 points.

The Cougars have covered the spread in nine of their past 12 games, and the total has gone over in four of their last five contests. Washington State has covered in each of their past five road games, and has covered in four of their past 13 games against the Huskies.

Washington has covered the spread just twice in their past six games, and the total has gone over in four of their past five games. The Huskies have covered nine of their past eleven games at home, winning seven of their last eight home games.
