Denard Robinson vs. Ryan Swope for NCAA Football 14 cover

The voting is down to the final two for who will be on the cover of NCAA Football 14, which will be either Michigan’s Denard Robinson or Texas A&M’s Ryan Swope.

Former Michigan quarterback Denard Robinson and Texas A&M wide receiver Ryan Swope are the two finalists to be on the cover of EA Sports NCAA Football 14. Robinson and Swope were voted into the final pairing, beating out Alabama running back Eddie Lacy and Oregon running back Kenjon Barner.

Robinson complete over 53% of his passes in 2012, compiling 1,319 yards, nine touchdowns, and nine interceptions, and also ran for 1,266 yards and seven touchdowns. Swope caught 72 passes for 913 yards and eight touchdowns. On its face, it seems like Robinson would be the easy choice over Swope, but anything can happen when voting is opened to the public.

You can vote for your choice on EA Sports’s Facebook page. At the time of this writing, Robinson had the edge over Swope, but the vocal A&M fanbase could be getting mobilized after noted Twitter authority Darren Rovell referred to Swope as a “bad cover athlete.”
