Johnny Manziel’s long Twitter hiatus nightmare is over after 17 days
Rejoice: Johnny Manziel has ended his hiatus from Twitter with a Heisman-worthy Tweetspree early Friday morning.

I think we can all remember the dark day when Johnny Manziel announced he would be taking a Twitter hiatus. After being granted insight into the mind of the first freshman ever to win a Heisman so we could see Drake lyrics, pictures of him at clubs, and various claims about whether or not we should keep hating, he cruelly took it away from his, telling USA Today a fake Tweet attributed to him about Ohio State basketball player Aaron Craft made him realize that Twitter was “a double-edged sword”, and that he’d deleted the app from his phone.
But just 17 days later, the Twitter feed is risen. Manziel went on a 49-tweet spree late Thursday night/early Friday morning:

Manziel would share his opinions on the Masters -- he thinks Tiger will win -- tweet the words "#salute" and/or "regime" a few times, and share a picture of him making a weird hand gesture. Manziel was especially honored when his first tweet back caught the eye of a certain Canadian soap opera star-turned-rapper.

Technically, Manziel had come back to Twitter late Tuesday night/early Wednesday morning, but he deleted those Tweets. Regardless, it's good to have you back, Johnny Twitter.
