The West Virginia Mountaineers wil play their Gold-Blue Spring Game this Saturday, April 20, with kickoff set for 2 p.m. from Milan Puskar Stadium. Admission is $10, with a portion of the proceeds going to the WVU Children's Hospital. Unfortunately, the game won't be broadcast on television, so you have to be in attendance to see the game.

The Mountaineers will play their spring game this Saturday, April 20. Here’s how you can see it, and what to watch for on the field.

The obvious question marks for the Mountaineers this spring are on offense, where they have to find replacements for quarterback Geno Smith and wide receivers Tavon Austin and Stedman Bailey. They aren't the only losses, though, as WVU returns only three starters on offense from 2012.
The biggest question is at quarterback, where the battle to replace Geno Smith will be between Ford Childress and Paul Millard. Millard is the only one of those two with experience in the offense, but Childress has the talent to put up similar numbers to what Smith did under head coach Dana Holgorsen.
The option isn't so clear-cut at wide receiver. Aside from Austin and Bailey, J.D. Woods and Ryan Nehlen are also gone, and Jordan Thompson's 13 receptions are the most for any returning WR. The offense will have to spread it around more than they did last year, when both Austin and Bailey had over 100 receptions. Travares Copeland, Devonte Mathis and Shelton Gibson will take on bigger roles, and a trio of transfers in Mario Alford, Kevin White, and Ronald Carswell may contribute as well.
