Nike unveiled an update for the University of Georgia’s uniforms and logos on Tuesday, and debuted a new secondary logo and modified letter and number fonts.

Compared to past Nike uniform updates, the changes are relatively minor, but it continues a trend of “unified” uniform schemes, which Nike also did for the Oregon State update. The font is a bit more stylized and sharp-looking than the previous version, and the numbers have gone from a traditional block style to a more rounded style, except on the road whites:

Georgia’s traditional uniforms are considered by many to be one of the finer sets in college athletics, and this update probably won’t change a lot of minds on that. The school has not been shy about changing things up in the past, including a set of poorly received Pro Combat uniforms, as well as a “blackout” uniform they wore during during a rather unpleasant 2008 loss to Alabama.
