Craig James hired by Fox Sports: The Internet is amused

America’s favorite broadcaster-turned-failed politician is returning to the broadcast studio.

Craig James, who once graced ESPN’s Thursday night college football games with his commentary and analysis before embarking on an ill-fated Senate run in Texas, is ready to talk about football on TV again. Fox Sports Southwest has hired James to serve as a college football studio analyst. He’ll be partnered with host Erin Hartigan and former NFL quarterback Tony Banks on the network’s Saturday night postgame shows and will also appear on FSSW’s Big 12 Live wrap-up show.

What does the Internet think of all this? One thing: #FireCraigJames.
