The new-look ACC adds Louisville to its conference contenders, and the Cardinals get a tough test early.

The ACC has a bit of a new look in 2014, subbing out Maryland for Louisville and ending up with quite the exciting conference slate. Here’s the full conference schedule grid:

And here are the five biggest games to look forward to (let’s hear your picks for the biggest in the comments):

Clemson at Florida State, Sept. 20

In 2013, this was the game in which everybody in the country suddenly realized exactly how good Florida State was. After easing to a 4-0 start against competition that wasn't terribly impressive, the fifth-ranked Seminoles traveled to Death Valley to take on the third-ranked Tigers. What followed was a slaughter, as Jameis Winston threw for 444 yards en route to a 51-14 victory. Clemson won't have Tajh Boyd, Sammy Watkins, or Martavis Bryant, but the Tigers have been recruiting at a high level in recent years and should be ready to reload.

Miami at Louisville, Sept. 1 (Labor Day)

Louisville's first game in the ACC will be a fun one, even as a rematch of the Russell Athletic Bowl. A large portion of the Cardinals' roster hails from the Miami area, and even without quarterback Teddy Bridgewater this should be a tense battle. Louisville won the bowl game with ease, defeating the Hurricanes by a 36-9 margin despite the game taking place in Florida, but the Cardinals have a new quarterback as well as a new head coach in Bobby Petrino, so they are a wild card this season.

Florida State at Miami, Nov. 15

This rivalry game is nearly always fun to watch, even if it wasn’t at all for Miami fans last season. Like Clemson, the Hurricanes came into their matchup against the Seminoles as an undefeated top-10 team. Like the Tigers, Miami was sent packing by Florida State, who demolished them to the tune of a 41-14 defeat. With Jameis Winston and other major parts back for the Seminoles, this could be another blowout, but rivalry games are rivalry games and this one certainly counts.
