Get to know West Virginia WR Kevin White and his insane catches

Kevin White hauled in this one-hander to put West Virginia up 34-27 on No. 4 Baylor. And it’s pretty routine for him.

Kevin White ended up with eight catches for 132 yards and two touchdowns. The 6'3, 210-pound senior has broken 100 yards in every single game the West Virginia Mountaineers have played this year, including 143 against Alabama and 173 against Oklahoma. He's up to 1,020 yards on the year:

And that's in just seven games. That doesn't seem like it should be possible.

Wild catches like that one have become more or less routine for the junior college transfer. Watch his 216-yard day against Maryland here:

If White keeps this up, he’s a first-round draft pick in this year’s NFL Draft -- our Dan Kadar listed him as a “stock up” player in a recent post, and NFL Draft Scout lists him as the No. 2 wide receiver in this year’s class. With his size, speed and catching ability, he’s an absolute nightmare to stop.
