Mississippi State announces uniforms on Snapchat

That’s some savvy recruiting.

Mississippi State announced that it will be wearing its “100 year” uniforms again on Saturday, but how the Bulldogs made the announcement is a lot stranger than the jerseys. They did so via ... Snapchat.

Apparently this isn’t the first time MSU has used Snapchat to make an announcement. The rationale must be something to do with recruiting — “See, Dan Mullen is hip!” — so for the sake of Clemson recruits, hopefully Dabo Swinney doesn’t follow the Bulldogs’ lead and learn about Snapchat video.

Most importantly, MSU quarterback Dak Prescott’s name presents the opportunity for some very good Snapchat-themed puns.

Nailed it.
