The Oklahoma Sooners and Oklahoma State Cowboys get together once again in the 2014 edition of Bedlam, and it's a bit subdued compared to some games in recent years past. Neither team has major implications, so they're playing for in-state bragging rights.
How to watch Oklahoma State vs. Oklahoma: Game guide, TV/streaming, odds
Bedlam is back once again. Here’s how to tune in and what to watch for.
The Sooners will be without Trevor Knight yet again on Saturday, as he's still out with a neck injury suffered against Baylor on Nov. 8. That means Cody Thomas will make his third straight start, but for the most part, they've leaned heavy on Samaje Perine and the running game over the last two games. That should probably continue.
Oklahoma State's been dealing with quarterback problems of their own. They're on their third quarterback of the year in Mason Rudolph, who was previously supposed to be redshirting this year. He showed some flashes against Baylor, but will need to do more than that to pick up the win for the Cowboys, who are mired in a nasty five-game losing streak.

The numbers
Rankings and records: Oklahoma enters the game 8-3 (5-3 Big 12) and ranked 20th in the College Football Playoff rankings. Oklahoma State is 5-6 (3-5 Big 12). The Sooners lead the all-time series 84-17-7, and has won two in a row.
Vegas: Oklahoma opened as a 19.5-point favorite, but that line is up to 21 with an over/under of 60, per Odds Shark.
Weather forecast: Partly cloudy with a high of 59.
Two things at stake
For Oklahoma: Restore some shine to a disappointing season. The Sooners started 2014 with high hopes. Their pummeling of Alabama in the Sugar Bowl last year made a lot of people think they could compete for a Playoff spot, and a nice 4-0 start got them ranked as high as fourth. However, three losses later, things have fallen back to earth in Norman. A win over their in-state rivals would give them a nice end to the 2014 regular season.
For Oklahoma State: Bowl eligibility. The Cowboys are the 2014 edition of the Big 12 team that runs into a crushing meat grinder in the second half of their season. At one point they were 5-1 and ranked 15th in the country, but five straight losses (four to ranked teams) have meant this season has spun completely out of control. Despite that 5-1 start, they need a win over the Sooners just to get to a bowl game.
One big matchup
Samaje Perine vs. the Oklahoma State defense. The diminutive freshman for the Sooners has already claimed the single game FBS rushing record, and he could have another big day against the Cowboy defense. OSU is ranked 81st in defensive F/+, and will need a big performance to keep Perine in check.
