No. 4 Florida State just can't lose. After yet another scare against Florida in which Jameis Winston threw three first quarter interceptions, the Seminoles were able to pull out a close home win against their rivals, continuing their trend of close wins, which previously came against Miami, Boston College, Clemson, Louisville and Notre Dame.

Can Georgia Tech finally be the team to beat the Seminoles?
Now, the Seminoles get perhaps their toughest test of the season against a No. 11 Georgia Tech team that everyone seems to be underrating. The Yellow Jackets have become revived in Paul Johnson's triple option offense, and they're riding high after a win against Georgia last week, coupled with an impressive beatdown of Clemson earlier in the season.
While Florida State is clearly the better team in this game on paper, Georgia Tech is no slouch and has been improving as the season has gone on. At the very least, this will be a much tougher game than the one the Seminoles faced in last year’s ACC Championship Game. It should be a close one, but with FSU, why would you expect anything less?

Two things at stake
Florida State needs to win to make the College Football Playoff.
A win ensures that Georgia Tech will make a New Year’s Six bowl.
One big matchup
Georgia Tech defense vs. Florida State offense: While Georgia Tech’s offense could give Florida State some fits, the real test will be how the Yellow Jackets’ defense holds against Jameis Winston and company. All anyone wants to talk about with Paul Johnson coached teams is the offense, but this defense has been very good, particularly in the past month. If it can force Winston into some mistakes and be as strong has it has been in recent weeks, then Georgia Tech will have a shot to pull the upset.
