Thursday, Sept. 25 college football TV/streaming schedule: 3 conference games

Thursday night offers you a tidy, three-game college football schedule, with each one affecting a conference race. No. 11 UCLA’s trip to No. 15 Arizona State headlines, with the night’s biggest question being whether the Bruins can actually look like a top-10-ish team for once this season. If not, ASU could steal the Pac-12 South inside track despite injury issues.

No. 24 Oklahoma State has a chance to build early distance in the Big 12, with perhaps the conference’s three weakest teams between now and Oct. 11. Texas Tech isn’t out of it yet, though, with a midseason defensive overhaul giving Red Raiders fans a little more cause for hope.

Don’t sleep on that Sun Belt game, by the way. Those are two of FCS’ three best programs ever, both in their first year in FBS, and they share one of the country’s most overlooked rivalries. They first met in 1934 and combined for nine FCS national championships between 1985 and 2007.
