Michigan student paper expertly contrasts quotes by Brady Hoke and his boss
You see the contrast between the two big pullquotes on the matter of quarterback Shane Morris’ injury, right? The one from Michigan athletic director Dave Brandon’s 1 a.m. statement and the one from head coach Brady Hoke’s presser hours earlier?
The university’s student paper turned that juxtaposition into print on its front page in just a few short hours. That’s harder than it sounds; it doesn’t appear any of the state’s full-time papers got the news of Michigan acknowledging the concussion or of Brandon’s first comments onto their front pages this morning.
