Ohio State, TCU the early 2015 college football title favorites

Now’s your chance to place a 200/1 bet on South Florida winning it all!

The 2014-15 college football season just ended, but it’s never too early to start talking about next year. We’ve already released our official preseason top 10, and those teams all find themselves near the top of the odds to win the 2015-16 College Football Playoff Championship, via Bovada.

Defending champions Ohio State lead the way at 6/1, with Peach Bowl winners TCU right behind at 15/2. Alabama, whom the Buckeyes defeated in the Sugar Bowl, comes in third at 10/1, with Auburn and Oregon tied for fourth at 14/1. Four schools are tied at 16/1 -- Florida State, LSU, Michigan State and Baylor -- with a long list of schools following.

The highest mid-major school is Boise State, at 33/1. Florida (33/1) and Michigan (75/1) are interesting options with new head coaches. All the way at the bottom you can find Boston College, Northwestern, Texas Tech, UCF and South Florida at 200/1.
