Kirby Smart, Justin Fuente, Ed Orgeron among betting favorites for South Carolina job
Orgeron has USC head coaching experience, technically!

A former Georgia defensive back who has spent time as an assistant with LSU, Florida State and the Miami Dolphins, Smart joined Nick Saban’s Alabama staff in 2007, and has been the defensive coordinator since 2008. Elliott is a South Carolina native who has been the Gamecocks’ offensive line coach since 2010. Fuente has orchestrated one of the biggest program turnarounds in the country at Memphis, while Orgeron is one of the nation’s top recruiters and had success as the interim head coach with the other USC.
