You'd figure the game between No. 13 Ole Miss and Memphis would be hotly contested, but the Tigers are looking strong right before halftime. They're up 24-14 on this laser beam of a touchdown from Paxton Lynch to Anthony Miller.

Ole Miss is 2-7 on third downs, and has turned the ball over on a tipped interception that lead to points for Memphis. Their struggles running the ball have continued -- only 22 rushing yards in the first half -- and so far they haven’t been able to completely throw their way out of trouble. And to make matters worse on defense, Robert Nkemdiche is out for the rest of the game with a concussion, according to the ESPN broadcast.
The Tigers scored points on their final three possessions before halftime, and coming back from an early 14-0 deficit. Lynch is 19-of-26 passing for 191 yards, two touchdowns and a pick, and has looked composed leading the Memphis in this game with lots of local and national significance.
The second half could look much different and Memphis’ defenses weaknesses could rear their ugly head, but right now the Tigers are riding high.
