After beating Florida State at home in its toughest remaining game of the season, Clemson is coasting with the No. 1 seed on its way to the College Football Playoff. The Tigers have the best chance of any team to finish the season undefeated, and their run toward that goal begins with a game against Syracuse, which is currently in the midst of a six-game losing streak.
Clemson vs. Syracuse 2015: Start time, live stream, TV schedule and 3 things to know
It’s the orange battle!
Clemson has gotten to this point by being the most complete team in the country. The offense is lethal under quarterback Deshaun Watson, and no team in the ACC has figured out how to stop it — not even the solid Florida State or Notre Dame defenses. The defense has been impressive again this year, and it’s nearly impossible to find a flaw on this team (maybe their punt returns!).
Meanwhile, Syracuse has many, many flaws. The Orange looked like maybe they were starting to gain some momentum under coach Scott Shafer with three straight wins to start the season and a respectable 10-point loss to LSU. But then things spiraled, and the Syracuse season has included close losses (by a field goal to Pitt) and blowouts to bad teams (21 points to South Florida). The Orange need this one to stay alive for a bowl game. That’s going to be tough.

Three big things to know
1. Clemson coach Dabo Swinney has already gotten one coach fired this year, after blowing out Al Golden’s Hurricanes in Miami. Could the same thing happen to Shafer and Syracuse?
2. Syracuse has apparently conceded the color orange to the Tigers.
