The most-hyped matchup of the Big Ten season is finally here. Now that Michigan State has a loss and needs a lot of help to make the College Football Playoff, this game isn’t quite as big, but it’s still a must-win if either team is to win the Big Ten title, and it might make or break Ohio State’s Playoff chances, too.
Michigan State vs. Ohio State 2015 live stream: How to watch the Big Ten East showdown
This is the one we’ve all been waiting for.
OSU’s offense has struggled at times this year, but the Buckeyes seem to have improved in their past few games, even though they haven’t shown much of anything to their opponents. Now, they’ll face their best opponent of the season by far — it’s incredible how weak the schedule has been up to this point — and then have to face another tough opponent the next week in Michigan.
Michigan State has struggled at times this season, with a number of injuries on defense that were exploited in the loss to Nebraska. The Spartans played Maryland close last week, too, and star quarterback Connor Cook was injured in that game. Cook says he’s healthy and able to play, and he’s going to have to be the guy to lead his team to victory. It might not be the battle of undefeateds, but we should get a good one in Columbus.

Three big things to know
1. The underdog has won the past four meetings between these two teams. So at least that’s one thing Michigan State has going for it.
2. This has been the biggest game in the Big Ten over the past few years, and although it might not be No. 1 this year, it’s going to be close to the top. If for no other reason, you should tune in for that.
3. Just how healthy is Cook? That could determine MSU’s upset chances.
