Three things to know
1) Big 12, Top 10 faceoff. There are still five undefeated teams in college football, but there is a good chance that number goes down after Saturday. No. 6 Oklahoma State will take on No. 10 Baylor who recorded their only loss last week to Oklahoma, and are still very much in the Playoff race.
2) Can the Spartans best the Buckeyes? No. 9 Michigan State is heading to Columbus to take on No. 3 Ohio State in what is the first of two imminent hurdles for the Buckeyes to get into the Playoffs. The Spartans are hoping to avoid the same result as last year when they faced off against a burgeoning Buckeye team -- but they’re 13.5 point underdogs.
3) Long time, no see. No. 24 USC hasn’t faced No. 23 Oregon since 2012, before both programs had coaching changes and were more offensive powerhouses. They may not be as highly ranked as they were the last time, but this could still be a shoot-out and high-scoring game.
