Minnesota’s Dilly Bar Dan is wearing shorts in 20-degree weather

Dan Lehman, the telephone technician at Pioneer Communications -- he monitors the phones and headsets on the sidelines for the Gophers and also happens to be the most lovable man in Minnesota -- is back at it. It might not be snowing this time, but it’s still under 20 degrees outside!

Of course, this is the man who once declared, “it’s never too cold for a Dilly Bar,“ so no one should really be surprised by this.
