Another open job. Iowa State fired coach Paul Rhoads (pending ISU’s final game) on Sunday, meaning 13 FBS jobs have come open this year, with 12 of them still vacant. Rhoads was 3-8 at Iowa State this year, and he hasn’t brought the Cyclones to a bowl game since 2012, nor did he ever win more than six regular season games in his seven years in Ames. It was time for Rhoads to go, but Iowa State fans are still gonna miss him.
