Bowl season is here! Here’s the full schedule and more stuff.

Bowl season is here! No. 1 Clemson will face No. 4 Oklahoma in the Orange, and No. 2 Alabama will face No. 3 Michigan State in the Cotton. Rounding out the New Year’s Six Bowls are Iowa-Stanford in the Rose, Ole Miss-Oklahoma State in Sugar, Ohio State-Notre Dame in the Fiesta and Florida State-Houston in the Peach. Michigan State wouldn’t be here without that crazy punt fumble by Michigan. But every Playoff team had a weird, signature moment that helped send it to the big stage.

OSU or Iowa? Iowa finished ranked ahead of Ohio State, and thus got a Rose Bowl invite. The Hawkeyes certainly earned their bid, but did the Buckeyes deserve a trip to Pasadena more?

Connor Cook accidentally took a trophy in impolite fashion from Archie Griffin, then apologized, and people are still mad. Those people are dumb.

“Travesty!” The Arizona Bowl will feature two Mountain West teams, Colorado State and Nevada. The Mountain West is really unhappy about that. MWC commissioner Craig Thompson called it a “travesty” and proof the bowl system is “broken.”

B1G block. The Big Ten has potentially blocked the Big 12’s attempt to deregulate the rules regarding conference championship games. Could that force the Big 12 to expand?

The final Coaches poll is out, and as always, coaches rig their ballots to make their teams look good.
