The sport is filled with incredible, old stadiums that drip with tradition, and it’s increasingly common for decent non-conference matchups to be played in NFL stadiums. Unfortunately, those games are going to happen more and more often.
By now, we should be used to money being the real power in sports. It’s still discouraging.

Gross. Former four-star defensive lineman Trey Lealaimatafao was dismissed from the LSU football team on Monday. He was arrested two weeks ago for allegedly punching a woman outside a bar. More details:
A redshirt freshman from Texas, Lealaimatafao dug through the pockets of an unconscious man and then punched the man’s girlfriend in the face with a closed fist in the parking lot of [Baton Rouge bar] Reggie’s, police records show. Three eyewitnesses told police that the football player fled the scene when authorities arrived.
