A dang kicker announced his commitment with a triumphant music video

The world will never be the same.

Quinn Nordin is a kicker. Bless his heart.

But he’s a real good one!

The No. 1 kicker in the country (per the 247Sports Composite Rankings) was all set to announce his college plans on Friday and, well, when you’re the No. 1 player at your position, your only choice is to do it big:

Stunting on a small jet? ✔︎

Heavily over-stylized slow motion black-and-white montage? Yup.

Skylar Grey/Diddy’s “Coming Home” blasting? You already know.

For what it’s worth, Nordin chose James Franklin’s Nittany Lions over his home state Michigan Wolverines, Arizona State and Iowa.

The game’s been changed, aspiring college football player. The only logical next step is a long snapper mixtape.

UPDATE -- Jan. 27, 2016: Nordin decommitted from the Nittany Lions, just weeks after a slumber party with Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh.
