How to watch the 2015 College Football Playoff selection committee shows in Nov. and Dec.

Start making your November and December TV-watching plans now.

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

The College Football Playoff enters its second year in 2015-16, and with the rankings for Playoff seeding coming in less than three months, the times for this year’s shows have been announced. They will begin on Tuesday, Nov. 3, after the ninth week of the season, and continue for the rest of the year until the four-team group is announced. All of the shows will be televised by ESPN.

Here’s a look at the schedule:

Tuesday, Nov. 3, 7:30 p.m. ET
Tuesday, Nov. 10, 7:30 p.m. ET
Tuesday, Nov. 17, 9:30 p.m. ET
Tuesday, Nov. 24, 7 p.m. ET
Tuesday, Dec. 1, 7 p.m. ET
Sunday, Dec. 6, Noon ET

While most aspects of the Playoff will stay the same as last year — sorry, there aren’t eight teams yet — there are a few differences. The Rose Bowl and the Sugar Bowl, which were part of the Playoff last year, will not be part of it this year, but they will still host top-tier bowl games on New Year’s Day.

The Playoff semifinals will take place on New Year’s Eve this season, much to fans’ chagrin, in the Cotton Bowl and the Orange Bowl. The National Championship will be on Jan. 11 in Glendale, Ariz. Check out our FAQ page of all things College Football Playoff for more.
