This led the team decided to include Sash’s No. 9 on a helmet for Saturday’s game against rival Iowa State. Then, on Friday, Iowa basketball legend Roy Marble passed away due to brain cancer.

The Hawkeyes have been through a lot this week.
The Hawkeyes fought hard, and they came out victorious. And then the team walked hand-in-hand to midfield to retrieve the rivalry trophy.
