Kliff Kingsbury probably won’t be watching this one, because he knows what will happen: “(Bret Bielema) just got his ass kicked twice in a row and probably next week by A&M, as well.” Okay, we don’t know if Arkansas will get its ass kicked by Texas A&M, but we do know that the Razorbacks have taken two pretty good ass-whoopings in the past two weeks, losing to both Toledo and Texas Tech. This was supposed to be Arkansas’ breakout year under Bielema, but now, the Razorbacks are reeling.
How to watch Texas A&M vs. Arkansas on TV or online, plus 3 things to know
Can Arkansas bounce back, or will Texas A&M prove it’s for real?
Meanwhile, Texas A&M seems like it might actually follow through on a rebound of its own. The Aggies took down Arizona State to start the season, and they look like they’re the real deal after a disappointing 2014. Kyle Allen has been impressive at quarterback, and perhaps more importantly, the defense looks much better than it did in 2015. Particularly, Daylon Mack and Miles Garrett are showing why they were so highly regarded as recruits.
Both teams need this game badly, and it could change the course of both of their seasons.

Three big things to know
1. The win over Arizona State was good, Texas A&M. Now back it up. Arkansas isn’t even close to the best team that the Aggies will face in the SEC West, but the Razorbacks are physical, with a style of play these players aren’t all that familiar with. We’ll learn a lot about the A&M defense after this one. If it stays strong, then it’s time to get even more excited about the Aggies.
2. Can Arkansas throw the ball at all? The Razorbacks’ offense hasn’t been good this year, but it has an opportunity against a porous A&M secondary. This poor start hasn’t been on quarterback Brandon Allen, and he will have a chance to help Arkansas bounce back.
3. What will Bret Bielema and Kevin Sumlin say? Both coaches love to talk. This should be entertaining.
