It’s a bland week of games, but this might be the best of the bunch. UCLA and Arizona are both potential contenders in the Pac-12 South, and both are ranked in the top 20. UCLA survived a scare from a good BYU team last week, and the Bruins also have a win over close-but-no-cigar Virginia. The most intriguing part of UCLA is quarterback Josh Rosen, who looked like a Heisman candidate in week one but has struggled since. He needs to prepare for a shootout against Arizona.
How to watch UCLA vs. Arizona on TV or online, plus 3 things to know
Who wins the biggest game of the week?
Meanwhile, it’s tough to know what to expect from Arizona. The Wildcats won the Pac-12 South last year, but haven’t played anyone of note — Northern Arizona, Nevada and UTSA — to tell whether they can defend their title. Now things get tougher, with USC and Stanford next up on the schedule. Arizona has a very good offense, and quarterback Anu Solomon showed last year that he’s the real deal.
Both of these teams have been unpredictable in recent years, and it’s still tough to completely trust either of them. However, the winner will start getting a lot more hype.

Three big things to know
1. UCLA linebacker/running back/return man Myles Jack is out for this game, and for the season, with a “significant knee injury.” The Bruins have a good defense, but they’ve slumped at times, and they can’t afford to do that against a dangerous Arizona offense.
2. What will we see from Josh Rosen? Rosen was very impressive in week one against Virginia, but he hasn’t been as good since. He has what it takes to be a top quarterback, but is he simply not there yet?
3. Arizona’s offense hasn’t looked great at times this season, but we know what Anu Solomon and company are capable of. Is this the week they break out against a good team?
