Sometimes, there are opening week games that make you say, yeah, that small school is actually better than it gets credit for and may pull off an upset. Often times, those teams play your rival. UTSA is probably not one of those teams.
How to watch UTSA vs. Arizona on TV or online, plus 3 things to know
Can Arizona avoid playing the Roadrunners close once again?

The Roadrunners kick off the season at No. 22 Arizona while ranking second-to-last in Bill Connelly’s preseason FBS power rankings. But the Wildcats likely aren’t taking this game lightly, as they barely squeaked by UTSA, 26-23, last season.
Still, Arizona should win this game quite easily. It can use this game — and the rest of its weak non-conference schedule — to tune up for what should be a brutal Pac-12 South. The Wildcats won their division last year, and they have athletes, but they’re still lacking in raw talent compared to their division peers. This will be a showcase game for linebacker Scooby Wright III and quarterback Anu Solomon.

Three big things to know
1. This game was close last year
No, UTSA is not supposed to be very good this year, but sports are weird. The Roadrunnners played Arizona close before, and they know they can hang with the Wildcats.
2. Does Arizona have an encore in it?
Arizona won’t exactly hurt itself with an unimpressive win against UTSA, but the Wildcats don’t play a big game until late September against UCLA. Might as well blow out everyone before then.
3. SCOOBY
Wright is the best defensive player in America, and he might be a dark horse contender for the Heisman. Watch just to watch him.
