Alabama’s Cam Robinson knocks Clemson defender’s soul out of him

OWW OWW OWW OWW OWW.

Alabama offensive lineman Cam Robinson had the first huge hit of the College Football Playoff championship game. Robinson absolutely leveled safety T.J. Green with a block to spring Kenyan Drake around the edge.

Getting hit by anyone when you don’t see them coming seems like a supremely unpleasant experience, but let’s just take a moment to remember Robinson is 6’6 and 326 pounds. Good heavens. If I never get deleted by a hulking, menacing giant like this in my lifetime, I’ll consider that a win.

Alabama went on to tie the contest, 14-14, later on this drive. The game is turning into a total slugfest.
