USC cornerback Adoree’ Jackson is a tremendous athlete. He’s a dangerous returner with lightning speed, and that he has good coverage chops isn’t news. But this interception against Colorado on Saturday is nonsense.
This Adoree’ Jackson interception makes me feel terrible about my athletic ability
Mortals aren’t supposed to be able to do this.

This wouldn’t count in the professional game, but that doesn’t matter. Jackson does a midair banana split, basically, and somehow manages to tap his right foot in bounds without either destroying a ligament or losing the ball. It’s an incredible feat of flexibility and coordination.
This game, which USC eventually won 21-17, had a couple of incredible plays.
Here’s Colorado completely duping USC with a backward screen pass that turns into a 67-yard touchdown throw from a receiver to a running back:

And here’s USC scoring a touchdown that, on roughly four separate occasions after the snap, should have turned into something other than a touchdown;
This from Sam Darnold is worth watching again (and again) https://t.co/mDi9zY93xk

The Pac-12 gives us as many fun plays as any conference in college football. It’s a gift that does not stop giving.
