The Washington Huskies are 6-1 straight up and 5-2 against the spread in their last seven games against the California Golden Bears. Another win over the Bears on Saturday would put the Huskies one step closer to an undefeated season.
Washington vs. Cal 2016 odds: No. 5 Huskies are double-digit road favorites
The Washington Huskies will try to stay perfect this Saturday and impress the College Football Playoff committee with a road win as a big favorite against California.

Washington is a 16.5-point road favorite in Berkeley at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com. The Huskies have won seven straight games against Pac-12 opponents.
Despite owning an 8-0 SU and 4-4 ATS record in one of the five major conferences, Washington found itself on the outside looking in on the first College Football Playoff rankings as one-loss Texas A&M occupied the fourth spot behind Alabama, Michigan, and Clemson.
The season still has plenty of time to play itself out, but it suddenly seems clear that the Huskies cannot afford a loss if they hope to play for the championship this season.
Washington has been a dominant force all season, ranking fourth in the nation in scoring with 46.1 points per game and seventh in scoring defense allowing 15.8 points per game.
The Huskies have won each of their last 14 games as a favorite of two touchdowns or more, but are just 4-7 ATS in their last 11 games as that big of a favorite per the OddsShark College Football Database.
Betting Line / Total: Washington -16.5 / 77 Points
Trend: Washington is 6-1 SU and 5-2 ATS in its last seven games against California.
Trend: California is 1-5 ATS in its last six games in November.
California has alternated wins and losses every week this season thus far, resulting in a 4-4 SU and ATS record. Led by quarterback Davis Webb, the Bears rank 14th in the nation in scoring with 41.3 points per game and fourth in passing with 365.6 yards per game.
But with the fifth-worst defense in the country allowing 41.8 points per game, the Bears haven’t been able to gain much traction in the Pac-12. Cal is 1-5 ATS in its last six November games.
Saturday night’s total is set at 77 points. The OVER is 10-1 in Washington’s last 11 games.
With Washington’s high-powered offense facing Cal’s dismal defense, the Huskies will almost certainly put up a ton of points on Saturday. How well the Bears are able to move the ball against Washington’s defense will determine whether this game is a one-sided blowout or a competitive shootout.
