We can just add this to the pile of chunk rushes for Foreman today. Foreman has already had rushes of 38, 23, and 55 yards.
We’re glad to see Foreman atone for his unfortunate mishap earlier in the game. A punishing pile-moving run looked as though it was headed for the end zone before Foreman had the ball stripped from him and taken the other way.
Early in the fourth quarter, Foreman already had over 300 yards rushing, pacing the Longhorns on the ground with over 11 yards per carry.
He’s having a great year already, with 1,105 yards coming into the game. He’s the first Texas running back since Jamaal Charles nearly 10 years ago to eclipse the 1,000-yard mark during a season. Foreman’s brother, Armanti, is also on the roster at Texas, and the siblings have what we’d bet is college football’s best matching tattoo.
