Oklahoma’s Dede Westbrook just Reggie Bush-juked an Oklahoma State defender

It was a nice TD.

Momentum is a beautiful thing. And I’m not talking about the ethereal one team is playing well and you feel it in your bones, I’m talking about the physical phenomenon of someone not being able to stop himself and a superior athlete (OU’s Dede Westbrook here) making him pay. Exhibit A:

That play remind you of anything? Yeah, Reggie Bush hit a similar juke move nearly a decade ago.

Westbrook’s 69-yard TD sent him over 100 yards receiving early in the second quarter.

It’s Westbrook’s 12th reception of 40 yards or more this season, and he’s integral in how the passing game works for Oklahoma. He’s fourth nationally in yards-per-game receiving as well as touchdowns. Earlier this season, Westbrook set a new school record 232 yards receiving against Texas, in just three quarters.

He’s certainly on pace to equal that feat in another rivalry game.
