10 college football opening lines: Tennessee a big favorite over rival Florida

Week 4 college football betting slate kicks off at Clemson-Georgia Tech on Thursday and continues through intriguing matchups on Saturday.

Two teams expected to compete for the SEC East Division crown will clash in a key game on Saturday when the Tennessee Volunteers host the Florida Gators, who are without starting QB Luke Del Rio, as a 7.5-point favorite.

Tennessee is 9-0 SU and 5-4 ATS over its last nine games overall, but has historically struggled against the Gators with an 0-11 record in its last 11 games against Florida per the OddsShark College Football Database. Florida is 10-4 ATS in its last 14 games against teams with a winning record.

In another intriguing SEC matchup, the Georgia Bulldogs visit the Ole Miss Rebels as 6-point road underdogs this Saturday. Mississippi has bounced back from losses well in recent seasons with a 7-0 SU record in its last seven games coming off a loss, but comes into this game with an 0-10 SU record in its last 10 games against the Bulldogs. Leonard Fournette and the LSU Tigers will try to earn a road win as a 4-point favorite this Saturday against the Auburn Tigers. Road wins have been tough to come by in this rivalry as the home team is 14-2 SU in the last 16 meetings between these two teams.

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets are just 1-4 straight up and against the spread in their last five games played on a Thursday. The Yellow Jackets will try to turn things around this Thursday night at home against the Clemson Tigers.

Georgia Tech is a 11-point home underdog at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com. Clemson is 9-0 SU and 4-5 ATS in its last nine games against ACC opponents.
