USC’s Adoree’ Jackson suffers ugly ankle injury in Rose Bowl vs. Penn State
Oh no.

We have a bit of an update here.
Jackson was returning a kickoff when he went down. It appeared to happen when he tried to juke a defender on the play. He was down for a couple minutes before trainers assisted him off the field.
On the last USC kickoff return, Jackson was not on the field, as he remained on USC’s bench.
Jackson entered the Rose Bowl as the team’s fourth leading tackler with 51 total tackles. He was also second on the team in all-purpose yards, with 1,074. Jackson is a junior with a very high NFL Draft stock.
Let’s hope this injury isn’t serious.
