There’s no love lost between LSU and Florida, but hours before the game love was certainly in full bloom in Gainesville.
2 Florida fans traveled from Indiana and got engaged during ‘SEC Nation’ show
Love is in the air.

Usually I’m not a fan of live proposals, but I can make an exception for my ol’ alma mater because of the backstory here.
Host Laura Rutledge said that the couple, named Barron and Abby, traveled from Indiana to be in Gainesville. It’s homecoming weekend, and SEC Nation has set up shop on the campus of University of Florida. It looks like Barron got a hookup with ESPN’s production crew because they found him real quickly. Whether staged or organic, either way it’s pretty cool. Rutledge also said the couple watches the show every weekend (it’s SEC Network’s version of College GameDay) so there’s some extra special motivation there.
Marcus Spears and Tim Tebow go absolutely bonkers for the happy couple and it seems like a great start to a happy life. We’ll see if the Gators can keep the good times going against LSU.
