The Houston Astros are world champions.
Houston lights its stadium orange to commemorate Astros World Series win
When the pro team from your city gets the win, you flex a little bit.

The Astros won a the Game 7 of a thrilling World Series, 5-1, over the Los Angeles Dodgers, and are bringing home the franchise’s first championship. To commemorate the achievement, the Houston Cougars lit up TDECU stadium in orange.
Located about three miles away from Minute Maid Park, TDECU stadium is the newest stadium in the metroplex. But while TDECU sat empty, Minute Maid Park was very much alive as thousands of fans watching the games on the video boards.
As for just how big that screen is? It creates quite a bit of orange light.
State-of-the-art HD-video board located on the west end of TDECU Stadium. Sized at 2,584 square feet (38 feet high, 68 feet wide), the board was designed by Panasonic using Nichia technology.
The Cougars themselves have never claimed a national title, but after the Astros brought their first title home, maybe it’s not so far fetched that they could turn Minute Maid red one day.
