Week 14 college football rankings: Collecting new top 25s as they come out
Sunday’s new rankings will be added as soon as they’re out. If they’re not here, they’re not out yet. The Playoff committee’s new rankings come out Tuesday night.
On Friday, Miami’s undefeated season came to an end at the hands of a loss on the road to Pitt. On Saturday, the Alabama Crimson Tide finally went down, with Auburn pulling off the upset to win the Iron Bowl and clinch the SEC West. Top-10 Notre Dame also fell, coughing up a late lead against Stanford.
This post is a collection of top-25 rankings that come out over the course of Sunday. They’re not the ones that really matter. Those are the Playoff selection committee rankings, which come out on Tuesday night around 7:15 p.m. ET. The AP Poll featured here is a decent barometer for how the committee might see things, but shouldn’t be viewed as a perfect predictor.
