A wardrobe malfunction briefly derailed Kentucky’s SEC Media Days trip

The Wildcats called an audible and all was well.

Kentucky safety Mike Edwards has a problem. This isn’t exactly the start one would like to have when heading to an important event.

While on the way to Day 3 of SEC Media Days, Edwards had a seam that couldn’t contain him. The problem is he was headed to be in front of some 1,400 reporters armed with camera phones and television cameras all over the place. An audible had to be called to go to this alterations place with an incredibly Alabama name.

It’s really close to the hotel SEC Media Days is held at, and employees at the store told SB Nation’s Morgan Moriarty that the fix was simple, and took about 10 minutes.

As far as SEC Media Days pitstops go this one’s pretty good, but it still can’t beat the South Carolina contingent’s Arby’s stop back in 2013.

We’re just glad Edwards is back to looking fresh in Hoover thanks to some hurry up offense by some tailors.
