This full-page ad is really nice:
Lane Kiffin’s FAU took out a full-page ad to thank Wisconsin for its help after Irma
The Badgers hosted the Owls after the storm hit Boca Raton.

The text:
Dear Badger Nation,
Thank You! You have opened your hearts to our football program for the past six days in our time of need. Every single person on campus and in the community was kind and courteous. The Badger Football Team even shared their home with us and made our stay as comfortable as possible. We are forever indebted to the Wisconsin Athletic Department, Athletic Director Barry Alvarez and Head Coach Paul Chryst for their collective generosity. We wish you nothing but the best of luck with the rest of your football season. ON WISCONSIN!
Sincerely,
Lane Kiffin
Florida Atlantic University Head Football Coach

The background: FAU’s in Boca Raton, and the Owls weren’t able to return home after their loss at Wisconsin last Saturday. The Badgers hosted them on campus for the better part of a week, letting them use their team facilities while they waited to get back to South Florida. It was an unusual sight but a heartwarming one:
Preparing for the game at Wisconsin was difficult, too, as Irma honed in on Florida.
FAU is back at home Saturday against Bethune-Cookman (6:30 p.m. ET, beIN SPORTS), and the Owls plan to play the game as scheduled.
