The Miami Hurricanes and the Duke Blue Devils will go toe-to-toe on Friday at 7 p.m. ET, and ESPN (livestream) will broadcast all the action from.

Miami (2-0) is coming off the heels of a 52-30 victory against Toledo. The Hurricanes’ key to success on offense has been their rushing attack. They compiled 576 yards and six touchdowns on the ground in two games. Junior running back Mark Walton is Miami’s leading rusher with 352 yards to go along with three scores. The Blue Devils defense must focus on stifling Miami’s rushing attack early.

Speaking of Duke (4-0), its rushing defense surrendered only 261 rushing yards in four games and its defense allows just a 22.2 percent success rate. Duke’s defense only gave up 15.2 points a game over its past four contests.

Miami vs. Duke news

Miami Hurricanes Football: Game Preview for Week 5 at Duke:

Duke is fresh off a 27-17 win against rival North Carolina as it moved to a 4-0 mark after previously beating North Carolina Central, Northwestern, and Baylor. While none of Duke’s opponents thus far has been a heavyweight, they have still faced three Power Five teams and are undefeated against them. Miami, on the other hand, is still trying to get something going after coming off a tough game against Toledo. Duke will be ready. So will Miami.

Clinic Talk: Duke Blue Devils Film Preview:

How does David Cutcliff get Duke to 4-0 in 2017? Through a series of runs and by bringing pressure on 3rd and long. It’s the same way Duke can gash up Miami, if the Hurricanes allow it that is. Check out a few plays below and see what Duke will bring to the table against Miami on Friday night.

Food & Football: Hurricanes’ Guide to Tailgating Duke University:

For the Game Meal we are going to use Duke’s mascot, the Devil, for inspiration. Usually when you think of the word devil and food, two things come to mind: devil’s food cake and deviled eggs. But with a little digging you would find that the 18th century culinary definition of the word deviled is to cook with peppers, and for this Game Meal that’s exactly what you should do. My suggestion would be to cook up some “Deviled Wings” using chipotle, jalapeño and serrano peppers.

Miami vs Duke prediction

Duke will need to stifle Miami’s rushing attack, which would give the Blue Devils a great chance to win the game. However, Duke doesn’t have much of an offense and Miami stands a pretty good shot at covering the spread in this one.
