Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts is rocking a bit of a new look these days. On Sunday, Hurts posted a picture of his new hairdo, which is now without the dreadlocks he usually rocked for two seasons in Tuscaloosa.

Here’s what his hair previously looked like — it’s definitely a different look than what Alabama fans have been used to.
Hurts’ teammate, running back Josh Jacobs, chimed in on Hurts’ decision, too:
Dreads or no dreads, it’s nice to see Hurts still having a positive attitude about everything, even after being benched in the second half of the title game for Tua Tagovailoa. Earlier this month, the true freshman called out those criticizing Hurts after Tagovailoa was the one who threw the game-winning touchdown:
We’ll see what the quarterback situation will be like in 2018 with both Hurts and Tagovailoa being capable of running Alabama’s offense, but it certainly looks like Hurts is still staying upbeat about everything, which is great to see.
